On 1 June 2017, Dr Sarin's surgery will merge with Dr jaiswal's surgery to become a single practice.The main surgery will be Meir Park Surgeyr and the branch surgery will be Meir Primary Care Centre (1st floor)

Although the surgery name will change, the practice will continue to provide the same services that are currently provided. The new surgery will be named Meir Park Surgery & Weston Coyney Medical Practice.

This merger will ensure that we continue to provide good quality GP services. It will also enable us to offer a wider range of services for our patients.

You do not need to take any action - your health records will automatically transfer over to the new practice on 1 June 2017.

Should you wish, you do have the option to register wiht an alternative Gp practice. You can find your nearest GP surgeries by putting your postcode into NHS choices website at www.nhs.uk

From 1 june 2017 we will be opening from 8.30am NOT 8am

New Patient Registration

At the present time our practice list is open.

Patients applying for inclusion on the practice list are given an appointment with either Dr Sarin or Dr Hashmi. 

When the initial appointment is made patients are given forms and a sample bottle, all of which are to be handed in at the time of the appointment.

Proof of identification such as a passport, or driving license will need to be brought along on arrival of your new patient check.

Change of Personal Details

If you change your name, address or telephone number please give full details of the change at reception as soon as possible. Please be aware we can only make a change of either of the above if you provide us with proof of address/ or name change. If you move away from the practice area you will be asked to find a doctor in your new area.
