The Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service has now closed

You can no longer order repeat prescriptions using POD.

Please use one of the options below to order your repeat medicines.

Order your prescription using the NHS App (recommended)

The easiest way to order your repeat prescription is by using the NHS App.

With the NHS App you can:

• Order repeat prescriptions
• Choose your pharmacy
• Check your medication
• Use the service anytime

It is quick and secure.

You can find out more about the NHS App on the NHS App website, including how to download it and how to get help setting it up.

Other ways to order

If you cannot use the NHS App, you can:

Email the practice

Send your request to: mpcc.nsgpf@nhs.net.

Use a paper repeat slip

Tick the items you need on your repeat list then post it to us or drop it into the practice.

Order through your local pharmacy

Some pharmacies can order your repeat prescription for you. Please speak to your pharmacy to check if they offer this service.

Please only order what you need

Before you order, check what medicines you have at home. Only request the items you need. This helps reduce waste and keeps medicines available for everyone.
