On 1 June 2017, Dr Sarin's surgery will merge with Dr jaiswal's surgery to become a single practice.The main surgery will be Meir Park Surgery and the branch surgery will be Meir Primary Care Centre (1st floor)

Although the surgery name will change, the practice will continue to provide the same services that are currently provided. The new surgery will be named Meir Park Surgery & Weston Coyney Medical Practice.

This merger will ensure that we continue to provide good quality GP services. It will also enable us to offer a wider range of services for our patients.

You do not need to take any action - your health records will automatically transfer over to the new practice on 1 June 2017.

Should you wish, you do have the option to register wiht an alternative Gp practice. You can find your nearest GP surgeries by putting your postcode into NHS choices website at
