Repeat Prescriptions
Routine repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

Starting on Tuesday 19th November -POD (Prescription Ordering Direct)
- From Tuesday 19th November 2024 you can call our free direct prescription ordering service on 01782 432469
- Available Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Urgent Prescriptions
Requests for urgent prescriptions may be made by telephoning the surgery on 0300 790 0167 and will be ready to collect by 18:00 the same day.

Please note: Before you are able to use this service you must first have access to your personal registration information. If you don't please ask at reception. You may be asked to show ID to gain access / log in codes and details.

We endeavour to meet the following timescale for repeat prescriptions:

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
